Eric Ryder

Eric Ryder has over 15 years experience in the field of eminent domain law. He has been in private practice for the last 10 years. He has experience handling a wide variety of eminent domain cases.

Prior to entering private practice, he worked at the State of Florida Attorney General’s Office representing the Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Tampa.

In 2013, he joined Policastro Law Group as an associate and provides invaluable litigation support for the firm.

He was a co-author for the eminent domain portion of the Florida Bar’s City, County & Local Government Law Certification Review CLE for the years 2008-2013.

He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and its Eminent Domain Committee. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his juris doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law.
