Mr. Silver has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2006. Prior to joining PLG, he practiced eminent domain law at the Florida Department of Transportation for seven years, handling dozens of cases and as lead counsel in a jury trial. Before that, he was an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, where he handled thousands of cases, argued hundreds of motions, and was lead counsel in 40 jury trials. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association Eminent Domain Committee and the the Broward County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from Michigan State University.
