Born in Cuba, Ms. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the culture. Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience working with bilingual clients in the legal field. Previously, Ms. Hernandez worked as a legal assistant in property insurance and disability law. She played a key role in the translation of legal documents and communications with the Spanish speaking clients. Ms. Hernandez joined Policastro Law Group in 2024.

Currently, her responsibilities include coordinating client and expert meetings, e-filing pleadings, preparing correspondence, maintaining the office calendar, managing physical and digital files containing sensitive information, and acting as liaison between attorneys, clients, and experts. Ms. Hernandez assists Mr. Policastro and Mr. Ryder in many aspects of the litigation process.
