When the church learned that the state was going to be widening Curlew Road at the same time that the church was going to be starting a new sanctuary construction project we were more than a little concerned. We feel very fortunate to have had Tony Policastro as our attorney as we dealt with the various state agencies. The state’s first offer was less than 1/3 of the final amount negotiated by Mr. Policastro and I am certain without his very able counsel we’d never have gotten the fair settlement that was negotiated by his office.
